Victoria A. Silver joined the practice in 2010 following her eight year tenure at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington D.C. As a Senior Auditor at the SEC, Victoria gained tremendous investigative skills, particularly concerning financial documents, making her a daunting adversary to any opposing counsel.

As Mr. Silver’s daughter, Victoria has been around the legal field her entire life giving her a very broad range of legal expertise.  She brings a dedicated and caring spirit to her clients and tenaciously pursues each client’s interests.

Ms. Silver received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration at American University in Washington D.C. and received her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law Center in Washington D.C. where she was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.  Ms. Silver, is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and the Central District of the United States District Court.

In addition to working full time at the SEC while attending law school in the evenings, Ms. Silver received several awards while attending law school including Second Place in the National American Bar Association Client Counseling Competition and First Place in the Regional American Bar Association Client Counseling Competition.
